Peppermint Chocolates
Ingredients
1/2 cup/80g/2.6 oz raw cacao butter 1/2 cup/125ml coconut oil 1/3 cup/30g/1 oz raw cacao powder 2 tsp Natvia to taste peppermint extract pinch Himalayan Salt
Method
- Melt all ingredients in a small pot and pop into chocolate moulds of your choice.
- Allow to set for at least 1 hour.
- Store in the fridge.
