Hot Cross Bun Protein Bliss Balls
Makes 11 bliss balls
Ingredients
1/2 cup/60g/2 oz Almonds 1/2 cup/45g/1.5 oz Oats 1/2 cup/90g/3 oz Sultanas 2 scoops vanilla protein pwoder 2 tsp Cinnamon 1/2 tsp Nutmeg 1/4 tsp ginger 1/4 tsp ground cloves 1 tsp Norbu 2 tbsp/40ml/1.4 oz Coconut water
Method
- Blend oats and almonds for a few seconds until meal like. Then add all ingredients except coconut water and blend. Add coconut water and blend for a few seconds. Taste test!
- Use a tablespoon to scoop and roll into balls. Decorate with sugar free chocolate chips if desired. Eat, or put in the fridge or freezer for 30mins. Enjoy!
