Lime Cheesecake Bites
Ingredients
Base: 1/2 cup almond meal 1/2 cup protein powder 1/3 cup Natvia 1/3 cup coconut oil Filling: 2 eggs 2 cups extra light cream cheese lime juice, to taste 1/2 cup Natvia 1/4 cup protein powder
Method
- Mix together all base ingredients
- Press mixture into muffin moulds and bake for 12 minutes at 175C
- Blend together all filling ingredients
- Evenly top each base with the filling ingredients
- Bake for 20 minutes at 150C
