Lime Cheesecake Bites

Ingredients

Base: 1/2 cup almond meal 1/2 cup protein powder 1/3 cup Natvia 1/3 cup coconut oil Filling: 2 eggs 2 cups extra light cream cheese lime juice, to taste 1/2 cup Natvia 1/4 cup protein powder

Method

  1. Mix together all base ingredients
  2. Press mixture into muffin moulds and bake for 12 minutes at 175C
  3. Blend together all filling ingredients
  4. Evenly top each base with the filling ingredients
  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 150C
