  1. Preheat your oven to 250°C
  2. Line a 4-inch cake pan or ramekin with parchment paper, making sure the edges are covered.
  3. In a large bowl, use a rubber spatula or a whisk to soften the cream cheese until it’s completely smooth.
  4. Add in the Natvia Sweetener, corn flour, and vanilla extract. Whisk everything together until the mixture is lump-free.
  5. Crack in the egg and combine in the mixture, continue mixing until the batter is silky smooth.
  6. Gently stir in the thickened cream until fully combined.
  7. Pour the batter into your prepared cake pan and bake for 13-15 minutes until the top is beautifully caramelized.
  8. Take the cheesecake out of the oven and let it cool at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  9. Transfer it to the fridge to chill completely for a 3-5 hours or overnight.
  10. Top with strawberries and Enjoy!
