Mocha Molten Lava Mug Cake

40 g Natvia Dark Baking Chocolate, roughly chopped
1 teaspoon Canola Oil
4 teaspoon Natvia
4 tablespoon Gluten Free Self Raising Flour
2 tablespoon Cacao Powder
125 mls Hot Water
2 teaspoon Instant Coffee
- In a mug, stir together the chocolate and oil, microwave for 15 second intervals until chocolate is melted.
- Set aside for one minute to cool slightly.
- Stir in the Natvia, flour, cacao powder, coffee, hot water and egg.
- Microwave on high for 75-90 seconds or until the cake is set on top but the bottom is still gooey.
