- 30g almond meal
- 120g smooth peanut butter
- 30g vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup 60ml sugar free maple syrup
- 25g Choc chips
- 1 tsp Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g
Topped with:
- 100g chocolate, melted & a sprinkle of salt
Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Line a deep slice tray and flatten out mixture evenly into the base of the tray, using a spatula.
- Place in the freezer while you melt the chocolate.
- Melt your chocolate in 20-30 second intervals in the microwave. Once smooth, cover slice evenly. Sprinkle on some salt, then freeze slice for 1-2 hours.
- Chop up and enjoy!
