Ingredients

  • 30g almond meal
  • 120g smooth peanut butter
  • 30g vanilla protein powder 
  • 1/4 cup 60ml sugar free maple syrup 
  • 25g Choc chips
  • 1 tsp Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g

Topped with:

  • 100g chocolate, melted & a sprinkle of salt

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips if using. 
  2. Line a deep slice tray and flatten out mixture evenly into the base of the tray, using a spatula. 
  3. Place in the freezer while you melt the chocolate. 
  4. Melt your chocolate in 20-30 second intervals in the microwave. Once smooth, cover slice evenly. Sprinkle on some salt, then freeze slice for 1-2 hours. 
  5. Chop up and enjoy!
