Pear, Blueberry & Chocolate Baked Oats

Ingredients
100 g Oats
4 tablespoon Cacao or Cocoa Powder
4 tablespoon Natvia Natural Sweetener
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
400 mls Milk of choice
1 Egg or Flax Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
4 teaspoon Nuttvia
1 Pear, diced
75 g Blueberries, frozen
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180C and grease an ovenproof dish.
- Mix together the oats, cacao or cocoa powder, Natvia and baking powder in a bowl. Whisk together the milk, egg and vanilla and pour in then mix to combine.
- Spoon into the dish, add in the spoonfuls of Nuttvia then place the pear and blueberries on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes - then enjoy!
