Pear, Blueberry & Chocolate Baked Oats

Ingredients

100 g Oats

4 tablespoon Cacao or Cocoa Powder

4 tablespoon Natvia Natural Sweetener

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

400 mls Milk of choice

1 Egg or Flax Egg

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

4 teaspoon Nuttvia

1 Pear, diced

75 g Blueberries, frozen

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C and grease an ovenproof dish.
  2. Mix together the oats, cacao or cocoa powder, Natvia and baking powder in a bowl. Whisk together the milk, egg and vanilla and pour in then mix to combine.
  3. Spoon into the dish, add in the spoonfuls of Nuttvia then place the pear and blueberries on top.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes - then enjoy!
