Pear Pudding
Makes 4 dishes
Ingredients
2 eggs 1/4 cup/45g/1.5 oz Natvia 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup/75g/2.6 oz plain flour 3/4 tsp baking powder 1/8 tsp salt 1/4 tsp cinnamon 2 pears, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C and grease 4 small baking dishes.
- Whisk the eggs, Natvia, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
- Add the plain flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon and mix until combined.
- Divide into the 4 baking dishes and add 1/2 of a pear on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until a tooth pick comes out clean.
- Serve warm with Natvia Icing Mix or sugar free whipped cream.
