
Salmon Teriyaki Nourish Bowl

Our easy, no-fuss version is made with the new Natvia Brown Sweetener 250g, bringing that rich, caramelly depth you love, minus the added sugar. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and savoury, ready in just 10 minutes thanks to the airfryer.
Ingredients
- ½ cup gluten-free mirin
- ½ cup gluten-free sake
- ½ cup gluten-free soy sauce
- ¼ cup Natvia Brown Sweetener 250g
- 2 salmon fillets
Method
- Mix your teriyaki sauce ingredients and marinate salmon for 15-30 mins.
- Air fry at 180°C for 8–10 mins.
- Serve with rice, green onions, and brush on extra sauce.
