Ingredients
- ½ cup gluten-free mirin
- ½ cup gluten-free sake
- ½ cup gluten-free soy sauce
- ¼ cup Natvia Brown Sweetener 250g
- 2 salmon fillets
Method
- Mix your teriyaki sauce ingredients and marinate salmon for 15-30 mins.
- Air fry at 180°C for 8–10 mins.
- Serve with rice, green onions, and brush on extra sauce.
