SPICED APPLE MINI LOAVES WITH CARAMEL SAUCE

Ingredients
DRY INGREDIENTS:
1 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup oat flour (GF)
1 tsp baking powder
1 heaped tbsp salted caramel protein powder
1-2 tsp cinnamon
1-2 tsp nutmeg
2 small pink lady apples, diced
WET INGREDIENTS:
1 cup plant-based milk (add more if required)
1/3 cup coconut yoghurt
2 tbsp maple syrup
TOPPINGS:
Natvia Caramel Topping
Crunchy granola
Extra cinnamon
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- On a pan, simmer apples with cinnamon & water until tender. Set aside
- Add all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir together
- Add wet ingredients and thoroughly combine. Fold through apples
- Evenly divide batter in loaf pan
- Bake for around 25-30 mins until golden and cooked through. Drizzle with caramel sauce and bake for another few minutes
- Allow to cool, top with more caramel sauce, granola & cinnamon!
