Strawberry Jam Panna Cotta

Ingredients
Spray Oil
125 mls Milk of choice
2 teaspoon Powdered Gelatin
50 g Natvia (1/4 cup)
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
375 mls Cream
90 g Natvia Strawberry Fruit Spread (1/3 cup)
Method
- Prepare six plastic dariole molds by spraying lightly with oil spray.
- Add milk to a saucepan and sprinkle gelatin on top. Leave for 5 minutes to soften.
- Place saucepan on the stove over a low heat. Warm gently, stirring regularly.
- Once gelatin has completely dissolved, add Natvia and whisk to dissolve as well.
- Remove saucepan from the heat and whisk in vanilla, cream and strawberry jam. Divide mixture into molds, cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for four hours or until completely set.
- Squeeze the sides of the mold, or warm molds in hot water to release panna cottas on to six dessert plates. Serve as is, or with diced strawberries and basil leaves.
