Sugar free Mango Coconut Mug Cake
A protein powder-free version for those of you who don't have or use protein powder. Mango reminds me so much of the warmer weather, so I've eaten it a lot this week. Love mangoes! 💛

Recipe
2 Tbsp oats
1 Tbsp Coconut Flour @organicroad
1 Tbsp granulated stevia@natvianaturalsweetener
1/4 cup liquid egg whites@pureggandlifeplus
2 Tbsp Almond milk @almondbreezeaus
2 Tbsp Fat free plain yoghurt @chobaniau
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp desiccated coconut
1/4 cup chopped mango
Blend all except mango until smooth.
Place chopped mango in the base of a mug lightly sprayed with coconut oil and pour over the batter.
Microwave for 2.30 mins. Allow to set in mug for 2 mins before eating.
Top with more coconut and sugarfree syrup if desired
