Sugar free VEGAN BROWNIES
Ingredients
Wet ingredients:
3tbs chia seeds
9 tbs water
50g sugar free dark chocolate, melted
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1 cup room temp soy milk
Dry:
1.5 cup gluten free self raising flour
1/2 cup natvia
1/2 cup cacao
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp bi-carb soda
1/4 tsp salt
Chunky bits:
60g sugar free dark choc, chopped
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 handful of almonds
Method
- Preheat oven to 180C and line a small rectangular baking tray with baking paper
- Combine chia seeds and water in a small container and let it soak in in a medium bowl combine the melted chocolate, coconut oil and milk 3. In a large bowl sift together the dry ingredients
- Combine the chia mixture with the other wet ingredients then add to the dry ingredients and gently fold them together with a wooden spoon
- Fold in the chunky bits
- Press into brownie tray
- bake for 20-25 min - Voila!
