Vanilla and Sesame Protein Balls

Ingredients

120 g almond meal (1 cup )

50 g vanilla protein powder (½ cup )

2 tablespoon Natvia

2 tablespoon unhulled tahini

1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl. Mix.
  3. Add 3-4 tbs of water and combine.
  4. Form into tablespoon sized balls and roll. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
