Vegan Chocolate Cake

Almost everyone loves chocolate cake. It's stood the test of time and is a constant beacon of happiness whenever mentioned and even more so, hinted at. Mainy from My Real Fairy has created a gorgeous chocolate cake that's not only super delicious but vegan too! Meaning no one has to miss out!
Even better is the fact that this cake has zero refined sugar! How great is that! Indulge in this

Ingredients
- 1lb Plain Flour
- 12oz Natvia
- 3oz Cocoa Powder
- 3 teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda
- 8fl oz Vegetable Oil
- 1 pint Water
- 1 teaspoon Cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Method
- Preheat over to 175 degrees celsius.
- Measure out your dry ingredients and mix these together in a large bowl.
- Add your wet ingredients and blend these in making a smooth paste.
- Line an 8 inch (22cm) loose bottomed cake tin with parchment.
- Carefully pour into the tin.
- Bake in pre-heated oven for 45 minutes.

Tip: Insert a clean toothpick into the centre of the cake to see if it is baked. If the toothpick comes out clean then it’s done!
