Ingredients
3 tablespoons flour (all-purpose or gluten-free)
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons Natvia Gut Activated Sweetener
2 teaspoons Natvia Relax Hot Chocolate powder
1 tablespoon Natvia Hazelnut Spread (98%)
1 tablespoon of chocolate melts or chopped chocolate
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons milk
Recipe Method
Place the butter and chocolate melts in a microwave-safe mug. Microwave for 30 seconds until softened.
Add the milk to the mug and mix. If the mixture hardens because the milk is cold, return to the microwave for 20 seconds to soften again.
Once the liquid mixture is smooth, add the flour, baking powder, Natvia Gut Activated Sweetener, Natvia Relax Hot Chocolate powder, and Natvia Hazelnut Spread.
Stir thoroughly until fully combined and no lumps remain.
Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds, until the brownie has risen and is set but still fudgy in the center.
Allow to cool for 1–2 minutes before enjoying straight from the mug.
