Apple Buckle

Ingredients
Filling:
- 7-9 each Green Apples peeled, cored, and sliced
- 2 tbsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cupNatvia
- 1/4 cup Bread flour
- 1/4 cup Butter dairy free or regular
- 2/3 cupNatvia or Norbu
- 1 each egg
- 2 cup/300g All purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup/250ml/Milk of choice
Method
- Filling: Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all filling ingredients together in a bowl and divide them between the individual baking dishes.
- Topping: In a stand still mixer fitted with a paddle cream the butter and Natvia.
- Add in the dry ingredients alternatively with the milk until combined. Add extra milk if the batter is to thick.
- Divide the batter between the baking dishes over top of the apple filling.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden brown. You can also lift the buckle topping up some to make sure it is baked underneath as well.
