Ingredients

  • 1 & 1/2 Cup Dried Apricots
  • 1 & 1/2 Cup Desiccated Coconut
  • Zest 1/2 an Orange
  • 1 tbsp Natvia

Directions

  1. Add 1 & 1/2 cups of dried apricots and also 1 & 1/2 cups desiccated coconut to a food processor.
  2. Zest 1/2 of 1 orange into the food processor and add 1 tbsp Natvia.
  3. Blend the mixture in the food processor until it has formed dough like substance.
  4. Take the dough out of the food processor and roll into the shape of a compressed log.
  5. Coat and roll the log in desiccated coconut until evenly covered with a coconut exterior.
  6. Cut into slices and enjoy a sugar free fruit roll!
