Ingredients
Ingredients:- 75g rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons cacao or cocoa powder
- 40g Natvia natural sweetener
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened apple sauce
- 2 tablespoons flaxseeds
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 150ml almond milk

- 30g Natvia natural sweetener
- 2 tablespoons cacao nibs
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

Method
- First make the cookie dough balls: Mix together the oats, Natvia and cacao nibs in a bowl. Melt the peanut butter, almond milk and vanilla then pour into dry ingredients and combine. Divide into small balls (about 8-10) and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up

- For the brownie simply place all of the ingredients into a food processor or powerful blender and whizz up until quite thick and smooth. Spoon into a greased skillet pan and spread out to cover. Arrange the cookie dough balls on top and press in.
- Bake for 20 minutes until firmed up and golden, then enjoy warm with a spoonful of Nuttvia - yum!
