BANANA, PEANUT BUTTER & JAM CAKE

50 g Natvia
100 g Rolled oats
80 g Oat flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Baking powder
2 tablespoon Peanut butter
4 tablespoon Natvia Strawberry Fruit Spread or jam of choice
4 tablespoon Peanuts, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C and grease and line a 15cm round cake tin (loose-bottomed if possible).
- Place the ingredients for the base in a blender until smooth and quite a thick batter. Spoon this into the cake tin and spread out evenly.
- Spread the jam over the top to cover then scatter over the peanuts. Bake for 25-30 minutes (cover with tin foil after 10 minutes to prevent burning!) until firm and a skewer inserted comes out clean. Leave to cool.
- Remove from the tin, slice into 4-6 and serve!
