Blueberry Buckwheat Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup/25g Oat flour
- 1/4 cup/25g Buckwheat flour
- 2 tsp psyllium powder
- 1 heaped tsp Maca powder
- 3/4 cup/180ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp/14g Natvia
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Apple Cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Method
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Cook in some coconut oil over medium heat.
- Add some fresh blueberries to each pancake whilst cooking
