Berry and White Chocolate Breakfast Oat Bars

BAKE TIME: 20-30 MINUTES

TOTAL TIME: 40 MINUTES

Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas 
  • 200g oats 
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter 
  • 2 tablespoons oil of choice 
  • 4 tablespoons Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g
  • 2 tablespoons chia or flax seeds 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder 
  • 100g frozen berries 
  • 50-75g no added sugar white chocolate chips 

Method

  1. Mash up the bananas and mix in a bowl with the oats, nut butter, oil, Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g, flax or chia seeds, vanilla and baking powder until combined. 
  2. Spread in a greased and lined 9x9in baking tray then sprinkle over the berries and white chocolate chips. 
  3. Bake at 180C for 20-30 minutes until golden, then leave to cool before cutting into 9 bars. Enjoy hot or cold!
