Flourless Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients
130 g Vanilla Yoghurt 21 g Unsweetened cocoa powder 2 g baking powder90 g Hazelnut meal 12 g Natvia sweetener 2 ea. Eggs 30 ml Vegetable oil 2 ml Vanilla Extract
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line tray
- Mix all dry ingredients together (hazelnut meal, cocoa powder, baking powder and Natvia)
- Beat in yoghurt and egg; make sure you put one egg in at a time
- Add vanilla extract and vegetable oil and mix for another minute
- Pour mixture into the tray
- Bake for 16 minute
- Enjoy!
