Ingredients
- 1/2 cup/45g/1.5 oz Oats
- 4 tsp psyllium
- 1/2 cup/125ml/4.2 oz Unsweetened Vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup/250ml/8.4 oz Water
- 1 tsp each Baobab & Maca Powder
- 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Natvia
- 1 each Pear (leave one half whole and dice the other half)
- 1/4 cup/60ml/2 oz Egg whites

Directions
- Poach the half pear in a cup of water, 1 tsp Natvia and a cinnamon stick.
- Cook all ingredients except egg whites in a pot on the stove until thickened.
- Add the egg whites in the last minute and stir briskly for a minute (makes the porridge nice and creamy).
- Top with poached pear, toasted nuts and seeds and a drizzle of @pureharvest rice malt syrup mixed with @du_chocolat Enjoy!
