  • 1 cup/125g/4.4oz Raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup/125g/4.4oz Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 cup/125ml/4.1oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2/3 cup/60g/2.1oz Vanilla Protein (optional)
  • 1 tbsp/14g/0.5oz Extra- virgin coconut oil
  • 2 tsp Natvia
  • 1 cup/250ml/8.8oz Filtered water
  • 1 cup/250ml Ice Cubes
Servings 2 people

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Top with coconut flakes, chia seeds, and extra raspberries to serve. Enjoy!
