Ingredients
- 450g cream cheese
- 99g Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g
- 3 large eggs
- 15g cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 180ml heavy cream
Method
- Preheat your oven to 240°C and line a 6-inch cake pan with parchment paper.
- Beat the cream cheese and Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g together on low speed for 3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well between each. Sift in the cornstarch and add vanilla extract, then beat for another 2 minutes.
- Gradually pour in the cream while mixing on low speed for 1 minute until everything is fully combined.
- Pour the batter into your prepared cake pan and bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is still a little jiggly.
- Turn off the oven, slightly open the door, and let the cake cool for 10 minutes. Then cover it and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best!).
