  1. Preheat your oven to 240°C and line a 6-inch cake pan with parchment paper.
  2. Beat the cream cheese and Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g together on low speed for 3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well between each. Sift in the cornstarch and add vanilla extract, then beat for another 2 minutes.
  4. Gradually pour in the cream while mixing on low speed for 1 minute until everything is fully combined.
  5. Pour the batter into your prepared cake pan and bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is still a little jiggly.
  6. Turn off the oven, slightly open the door, and let the cake cool for 10 minutes. Then cover it and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best!).
