
Chewy Granola Bars
Intro
Make lunchbox packing easy with these chewy, no-bake granola bars—naturally sweetened and packed with wholesome oats, rice crispies, and nuts or seeds for the perfect crunch. With a touch of no-added-sugar marshmallows, they’re deliciously soft, satisfying, and ideal for busy school days. Let’s get mixing! 🍫✨
Ingredients
- 70g oats
- 20 rice crispies
- 40g raisins
- 40g mixed nuts or seeds
- 30g mini no added sugar marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons nut butter
- 3 tablespoons Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g
Method
- Mix the oats, Rice Krispies, raisins, nuts or seeds in a bowl.
- Gently melt the coconut oil, nut butter and most of the marshmallows, then mix in the Natvia Sweetener
- Pour into the bowl and mix well to combine. Divide the mixture between an 8-hole silicone individual bar mould and fill each one. Press down and chill for at least 2 hours to set.
- When ready to enjoy, pop out of the mould and eat!
