Chia Pudding

Ingredients
1 1/4 Cups almond milk 2 Tsps Natvia 1 Tsp Vanilla bean paste 1/3 Tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 Cup black chia seeds Sliced strawberries and chopped pistachios, to serve
Method
- Whisk together milk, Natvia, vanilla and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Add chia seeds. Whisk until combined. Cover.
- Refrigerate, stirring once or twice, for at least 6 hours, or until seeds have absorbed milk and become soft and jelly-like.
- Serve in small jars or bowls topped with strawberries and pistachios.
