Chocolate Avo Truffles LCHF
Serves 8
Ingredients
1/3 cup sugar-free dark chocolate, roughly chopped ½ cup avocado 2 tbs Raw Cacao Powder, plus extra 1 tbs Natvia 1 tsp Sea salt
Method
- Melt the chocolate for 1 minutes in the microwave until smooth.
- Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth. Mix with melted chocolate until combined and no lumps remain.
- Add the cacao powder and Natvia, stir until combined. Roll into balls and then roll in the extra cacao powder. Sprinkle with sea salt. Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes until set.
