Choc Nut Banana Cookies

Ingredients
100 g Mashed banana
100 g Vegan margarine
100 g Natvia
50 g Almond meal
100 g Hazelnut meal
1 teaspoon Baking powder
2 teaspoon Egg replacer
30 g Cacao powder
50 g Pecans, chopped
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Beat the margarine, banana and Natvia until combined and creamy. Add all but the pecans and beat until combined.
- Stir in the pecans and then roll the mixture into tablespoon sized balls. Place on a baking paper lined tray and chill for 45 minutes.
- Bake in the oven for 12 minutes, remove form the oven and stand for 10 minutes. Place on a wire rack to cool completely.
