Chocolate Avocado Mousse
Ingredients
2 large ripe avocados
90 g Du Chocolat (1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 tablespoon Almond Milk
1 tablespoon instant coffee, diluted
90 g Dark chocolate, melted
65 g Natvia (1/3 cup)
Method
- Blend together avocado, Du Chocolat and vanilla until smooth.
- Add almond milk while continuing to blend.
- Add the coffee and Natvia.
- Transfer the avocado mixture to a bowl and fold in the melted chocolate.
