CHOCOLATE GLAZED BANANA DONUTS

Ingredients
2 Bananas
150 mls Milk of choice
3 tablespoon Smooth Nut Butter
250 g Oats
70 g Natvia Natural Sweetener
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
75 g No Added Sugar Dark Chocolate Chips
FOR THE GLAZE:
4 tablespoon Nuttvia Chocolate Spread
2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
Cacao Nibs
Method
- Place all of the donut ingredients (apart from the choc chips) into a blender and whizz up until mostly smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Spoon the mixture between a 6-hole donut tin to fill then bake for 20 minutes until firmed up then leave to cool on a wire rack.
- Melt the chocolate spread and coconut oil then spoon over the donuts to cover. Sprinkle over the cacao nibs - then enjoy!
