Ingredients
- Pancakes:

1/3 cup/30g/1 oz buckwheat - oat flour mix

1/2 cup/120ml/4.2 oz Coconut water (to consistency)

3 tbsp/21g/0.7 oz raw vanilla protein isolate powder

1/3 cup/80g/3 oz apple puree or 1/2 banana
-
1 tbsp/7g/0.2 oz Cacao Powder
-
1 tsp Maca powder (optional)
-
1/2 orange, juiced and zested
-
1 tsp Baking soda
-
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
-
1 tbsp/14g/0.5 oz Natvia
-
pinch salt
- Chocolate Sauce:
-
1 tsp Peanut and Cacao Spread
-
1/4 tsp orange essence or more zest
-
(as needed) Boiling water
Method
Pancakes:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Cook over medium heat in some coconut oil.
- Add some chopped @squarebars Chocolate Coated Peanut butter bar to each pancake while it is cooking.
Chocolate Sauce:
- Combine ingredients and mix with a little boiling water to consistency.
- Pour over pancakes. Sprinkle with more orange rind if desired, fresh orange segments and more Squarers chunks and Enjoy!
