CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER SWIRL BROWNIES

100g gluten-free flour
100g ground almonds
100g Natvia natural sweetener
40g cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
100g no added sugar dark chocolate
2 tablespoons coconut oil
100ml oat milk
2 eggs or flax eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
Chopped dark chocolate
- Mix together the flour, almonds, sweetener, cocoa powder and baking powder in a bowl.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil then pour into the bowl. Add in the milk, eggs and vanilla then mix to form a batter.
- Spoon into a greased and lined 9x9in baking tin. Add the spoonfuls of peanut butter dotted around then swirl with a knife. Scatter over the chocolate and peanuts.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until firm and golden. Leave to cool then slice into bars. Enjoy!
