Easy Banana Bread

280 g gluten free self raising flour, sifted
177 mls almond milk (3/4 cup)
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 medium bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
0.5 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
149 g Natvia Gold (3/4 cup)
Pinch of salt
- Preheat oven to 150C (fan-forced). Grease and line a rectangle loaf tin.
- Place flour, cinnamon, salt and bi carb soda in a mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
- Add the eggs, milk, vanilla and banana. Give the mixture a good stir so all of the ingredients are incorporated and you have a lumpy batter.
- Pour into the prepared tin and bake for 1 hour or until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Leave in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve warm with butter.
