3 Ingredient Coconut Macarons

Ingredients
1 banana
1 cup desiccated coconut
2 tablespoon Natvia
Method
- Preheat oven to 160C
- Mash the banana.
- Mix with the coconut and Natvia until combined. Roll into tablespoon sized balls and then place evenly on a baking paper lined tray. Press down to flatten with a flat of a spatula/spoon and pinch together any cracked edges with your fingertips.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes making sure they do not brown too much. Stand on the tray for 2 minutes and then carefully move to a wire rack to cool completely. They will harden as they cool.
