FAT FREE LOW SUGAR PINEAPPLE COCONUT CAKE
Makes 8 Slices
Ingredients
1/2 - 1 fresh pineapple, or 1 canned pineapple 1 cup almond milk 2/3 cup Natvia 1 cup desiccated coconut 1 cup plain flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 170c and grease a cake pan
- Mix all ingredients except pineapple. Pur to the cake pan.
- Place pineapple slices on top and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool and serve.
