Ingredients
- 1/2 - 1 fresh pineapple, or 1 canned pineapple
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2/3 cup Natvia
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Methods
- Preheat oven to 170c and grease a cake pan
- Mix all ingredients except pineapple. Pur to the cake pan.
- Place pineapple slices on top and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool and serve.
