  • 1 medium beetroot cooked
  • 3/4 cup/100g/3.5 oz frozen blackberries
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp cashew butter
  • 1/2 cup/120ml/4.2 oz almond milk
  • 1-2 tsp Natvia
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder neutral or mild flavoured e.g. vanilla - OPTIONAL
  • as needed granola, seeds, nuts, flaked coconut
