Ingredients
- 50g Pineapple (canned or fresh)
- 80g Apricot
- 65g Cashew
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 tsp Natvia
- 1 1/2 tbsp white chia seeds
- 35g desiccated Coconut
- 50g Goji Berries
Directions
- Mix the cashew and apricot in food processor.
- Add pineapple, coconut flour, coconut oil, Natvia, chia seeds, desiccated coconut into the mix and combine with food processor.
- Add Goji berries and mix until even.
- Roll into bite size.
- Prepare extra goji berries (crushed in food processor), desiccated coconut, and chia seed for coating and roll.
