Gingerbread Bundt

Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups SR plain flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 ¼ cup Natvia
- 2 tsp all spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3-4 tsp ginger
- 4 eggs
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 250g butter, melted
- 200g cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup Natvia
- 1 tbs orange zest
Method
- Grease a 25cm bundt tin. Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Sift the flour into a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove from the oven and rest on the bench for 10 -20 minutes.
- Flip upside down and remove from the tin. Cool completely.
- To make the icing beat the cream cheese, orange zest and Natvia together until smooth.
- Pour the icing over the cake. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
