Method
Decorate the Cup
- Smear 1 tbsp of pistachio spread around the rim of your glass.
- Dip or sprinkle crushed pistachios onto the rim to stick to the spread.
Make the Pistachio Cream
3. In a small bowl, combine 3 tbsp whipping cream, ¾ tsp Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g, and ½ tbsp pistachio spread.
4. Whip until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Drink
5. Fill your decorated glass about ¾ full with ice.
6. Pour in your milk of choice, leaving some space at the top.
7. Gently spoon the pistachio cream on top of the milk.
8. Finish with a sprinkle of crushed pistachios for a crunchy topping.
