Ingredients

For Decorating the Cup:

  • 1 tbsp Pistachio spread (for smearing the rim)
  • Crushed pistachios (for garnish)

Pistachio Cream:

To Assemble:

  • Ice (enough to fill ¾ of your cup)
  • Your choice of milk
  • Extra crushed pistachios (for topping)

Method

Decorate the Cup

  1. Smear 1 tbsp of pistachio spread around the rim of your glass.
  2. Dip or sprinkle crushed pistachios onto the rim to stick to the spread.

Make the Pistachio Cream

3. In a small bowl, combine 3 tbsp whipping cream, ¾ tsp Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g, and ½ tbsp pistachio spread.

4. Whip until smooth and creamy.

Assemble the Drink

5. Fill your decorated glass about ¾ full with ice.

6. Pour in your milk of choice, leaving some space at the top.

7. Gently spoon the pistachio cream on top of the milk.

8. Finish with a sprinkle of crushed pistachios for a crunchy topping.
