Mango Coconut Chia Parfait

Ingredients

Coconut Chia Pudding:
  • 2 tbsp/20g white chia seeds
  • 1 cup/250ml/8.4 oz almond coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp/14g Natvia
Mango Yoghurt:
  • 1/4 cup/30g fresh mango plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 cup/120g coconut yogurt
  • Natvia

Method

  1. Starting with the Coconut Chia Pudding, place all ingredients in a jar and shake and Leave in the fridge overnight.
  2. Moving on to the Mango Yogurt, Blend all ingredients until smooth and layer your ingredients into a clean jar and add Fresh Mango Pieces
