Mango Coconut Chia Parfait

Ingredients
Coconut Chia Pudding:- 2 tbsp/20g white chia seeds
- 1 cup/250ml/8.4 oz almond coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp/14g Natvia
- 1/4 cup/30g fresh mango plus more for garnish
- 1/2 cup/120g coconut yogurt

Method
- Starting with the Coconut Chia Pudding, place all ingredients in a jar and shake and Leave in the fridge overnight.
- Moving on to the Mango Yogurt, Blend all ingredients until smooth and layer your ingredients into a clean jar and add Fresh Mango Pieces
