Pineapple Sorbet

Freeze: 2 hours
Ingredients
400g (2 cups) chopped pineapple chunks, frozen ½ cup water ¼ cup Natvia natural sweetener Juice of 1 large lemon
Method
- Place frozen pineapple into a food processor or high-powered blender. Add water, Natvia and lemon juice.
- Blend until sorbet is smooth. Place into a container and back into the freezer for two hours to firm. Scoop sorbet straight from the freezer into serving bowls.
