Pretzel Chocolate Chunk Blondies
180 g Gluten-Free Flour
100 g Natvia Natural Sweetener
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
250 mls Milk of choice
4 tablespoon Nut Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
No added sugar dark chocolate chunks
Runny Peanut Butter, to drizzle
- Make the blondie mixture: Mix together the flour, sweetener, baking powder, cinnamon, milk, eggs, nut butter and vanilla to form a batter. Spoon into a greased 20cm cake tin.
- Scatter over broken up pretzel pieces and chocolate chunks, press down slightly and bake for 30 minutes until golden and firmed up.
- Leave to cool, pop out of the tin, drizzle over peanut butter then slice and enjoy!
