Pretzel Chocolate Chunk Blondies

Ingredients

180 g Gluten-Free Flour

100 g Natvia Natural Sweetener

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

250 mls Milk of choice

2 Eggs

4 tablespoon Nut Butter

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

No added sugar dark chocolate chunks

Salted Pretzels

Runny Peanut Butter, to drizzle

Method

  1. Make the blondie mixture: Mix together the flour, sweetener, baking powder, cinnamon, milk, eggs, nut butter and vanilla to form a batter. Spoon into a greased 20cm cake tin.
  2. Scatter over broken up pretzel pieces and chocolate chunks, press down slightly and bake for 30 minutes until golden and firmed up.
  3. Leave to cool, pop out of the tin, drizzle over peanut butter then slice and enjoy!
