Sugar Free Angel Food Cake
12 each Egg whites
1.5 teaspoon Cream of tartar
1.25 cup Natvia
1 cup Plain Flour
1.5 teaspoon baking powder
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Whisk egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the flour, Natvia, and Baking powder just until combined.
- Place into a grease free angel food cake pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned and the cake springs back when lightly touched.
- Immediately invert on to a wire rack and allow to cool completely.
