Ingredients

10 medjool dates 200g almond meal 1/3 cup tahini 2 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tbsp Natvia natural sweetener 1 cup desiccated coconut, plus extra for rolling ¼ cup rum

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until a stick dough is formed.
  2. Roll into bite-sized balls and coat in extra desiccated coconut. Chill for at least 30 minutes in the fridge before serving.
