Walnut Brownies

Ingredients
350 g Black Beans, Washed And Drained
65 Natvia (1/3 Cup)
25 g Desiccated Coconut (1/3 Cup)
Pinch of Salt
30 g Almond Meal (1/4 Cup)
30 g Olive Oil (1/4 Cup)
60 g Almond Milk (1/3 Cup)
25 g Cacao Powder (3/4 Cup)
100 g Walnuts, Plus Extra (1 Cup)
80 g Sugar-free Chocolate, Roughly Chopped (1/2 Cup)
Method
- Preheat oven to 170C
- Combine all ingredients, except the chocolate, in a food processor and process for 3-5 minutes until combined and smooth.
- Press into a 15cm square brownie tin. Sprinkle with some walnuts.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes. Remove from the oven and stand until cooled. Chill in the refrigerator overnight.
- Slice into 12 squares.
