Chocolate & Orange Macadamia Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw unsalted macadamias
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/3 cup Cacao
  • 1/4 cup Natvia
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup milk or protein powder
  • 2 orange zested

Directions

  1. Pulse the macadamias in food processor until crushed.
  2. Combine macadamias, avocado, cacao powder, Natvia, shredded coconut, milk powder, and orange zest. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll mixture into truffle balls.
  4. Roll in cacao powder to coat evenly.
  5. Set in the fridge for one hour before serving.
