Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw unsalted macadamias
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/3 cup Cacao
- 1/4 cup Natvia
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup milk or protein powder
- 2 orange zested
Directions
- Pulse the macadamias in food processor until crushed.
- Combine macadamias, avocado, cacao powder, Natvia, shredded coconut, milk powder, and orange zest. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll mixture into truffle balls.
- Roll in cacao powder to coat evenly.
- Set in the fridge for one hour before serving.
