Ingredients
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- 2 tablespoons Natvia
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
Directions
- Place all ingredients into your food processor and blend on high speed until mixture is well combined and sticking together.
- Using your hands, press the mixture into balls and roll in coconut.
- Place in the fridge to set.
- Serve and enjoy!
