Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice (medium grain or risotto rice recommended)
  • 3 tbsp Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g
  • 3 tbsp custard powder
  • 3 cups milk
  • Toppings: Optional cinnamon or shredded coconut

Method

  1. In a saucepan, combine cooked rice, Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g, custard powder, and milk. Whisk thoroughly to dissolve the custard powder completely.
  2. Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously for about 10 minutes, until the mixture reaches your desired thickness.
  3. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or shredded coconut if desired.
  4. Serve immediately while warm, or refrigerate for at least 2 hours for a chilled version.
